Upon confirmation of your booking, we will issue travel documents, which may include booking confirmations, vouchers, tickets, and itineraries. You must review all documents upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Deposits
Most bookings require a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due by the specified deadline. The exact amount of the deposit and payment deadlines will be specified during the booking process.
4.2 Full Payment
Full payment is typically required:
- At the time of booking if the departure date is within 60 days
- 60 days before the departure date for bookings made earlier
Failure to make full payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, with applicable cancellation fees.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4.4 Price Changes After Confirmation
In rare circumstances, we may need to change the price after confirmation due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Changes in transportation costs (including fuel prices)
- Changes in taxes, fees, or charges imposed by third parties
- Significant exchange rate fluctuations
If the price increase exceeds 10% of your total booking value, you have the right to cancel with a full refund.
4.5 Payment Methods
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods. All card payments are processed securely, and we never store complete card details.

- Some changes, especially close to departure, may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking
